Profile Specs

Flush - To finish the end of a step by creating flush stair treads & returns

Overlap - To finish the end of a step by creating a small lip for traction at the edge of the stair tread

Installation Guide

1. Measure the width of the step and cut to length.
2. Apply a generous bead of LePage PL Premium along the underside of the stair nose and on the front of the underside of the nose.
3. Carefully roll the stair nose into place against the front of the step, making sure the transition is in place. Once the transition is in its desired position, press down firmly over the entire stair nose, making certain the transition is in place and tight against the riser. For added security, you may use finishing nails.
4. Tape down using painters’ tape until adhesive has set

***ALL nosings MUST be glued down using PL construction adhesive. Failure to do so, voids ALL warranties and liability***

T-Mold - To fill the gap and transition between floors of equal height

Installation Guide

1. Install the flooring leaving a 1” (TM) or 1½” (TM2) gap between the two floors for the t-molding installation.
2. Measure and trim to fit.
3. Apply LePage PL Premium down the center of the 1” (TM) or 1½” (TM2) gap.
4. Press molding into adhesive and tape down using painters’ tape until adhesive has set
